What you will do

The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the general company project and its customers. As a Area Market Manager in the Accommodation team you will be in charge of:




- Be accountable for the KPIs of all the markets in your assigned area, monitoring each market and key accounts, and owning the recovery plan when a market or account is off track. At all times, ensure content, rates and availability across your area is competitive and attractive, and that additional inventory and promotional offers are secured for high-demand periods.
- Translate the account management strategy into quarterly area plans, clarifying priorities, objectives and expectations, as well as reviewing and validating the plans built by your Market Managers and Market Specialists to ensure alignment with the overall area targets.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Market Managers and Market Specialists: Day-to-day coaching and support, regular 1:1s, performance reviews, development plans, hiring and onboarding
- Build senior relationships with the most strategic accounts in your area, and act as
