Travel: Moderate (10-15%)

What You Will Do

Lead Culture Change and Team Transformation
- Build a high-performance culture that combines scientific rigor, AI innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Lead organizational change through clear priorities, accountability, and effective delivery practices.
- Foster strong partnerships across global teams, functions, and external collaborators to drive business impact.

Lead Statistics,



Data Science, and Enterprise AI Enablement
- Champion the use of statistics, data science, and AI to solve complex business challenges and accelerate innovation.
- Drive enterprise-wide AI capability building and responsible technology adoption.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to develop future‑ready AI skills and unlock new opportunities for growth and performance.

Lead Innovation and Modernization of Product Development Platforms
- Own the strategy and evolution of the Q.LIFE® Product Development Platform, advancing AI‑enabled innovation across Lubrizol.
- Lead the development, governance, and scaling of AI and machine learning solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Build strategic partnerships with technology providers, universities, and research organizations to accelerate innovation and capability development.
