ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Join JamesEdition, the world's largest luxury marketplace, as an Account Executive – Client Growth & Retention based in our Madrid office. This role offers a dynamic and stimulating environment for driven individuals with a genuine passion for B2B sales and a flair for managing international client relationships.
THE ROLE
Join the sales team to own a portfolio of our largest real estate agency partners. Your clients are spread across the world's major luxury markets, and you work with them from our Madrid office over video and phone — the entire relationship is run digitally, from first meeting to renewal. You will be accountable for keeping those partnerships and growing them: renewals, upgrades, and expansion. This is exclusively B2B, with no consumer sales responsibilities. The role is an individual contributor position reporting to the Head of Sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a defined portfolio of JamesEdition's highest-value agency partners across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Asia
- Run client meetings, performance reviews,



and negotiations over video, across time zones
- Prepare, negotiate, and close renewals
- Identify and sell expansion within your accounts — additional listings, upgrades, editorial and marketing placements
- Present account performance and translate results into commercial decisions
- Build and hold relationships with agency owners and directors
- Maintain precise records in our CRM system

REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years in B2B sales, with a proven track record on existing accounts as well as new business
- Demonstrated ability to close — renewals, price defense, and contract negotiation
- Strong presentation skills — able to present performance, proposals, and pricing to owners and directors over video
- Experienced selling and managing clients remotely, across time zones and cultures
- Hungry, disciplined, and results-driven attitude
- Comfortable with numbers and account performance data
