We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer with extensive experience in software testing and a strong understanding of QA methodologies. The adecuado candidate should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality software. This role will require hands-on testing experience, the ability to collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and a mindset for continuous improvement in QA processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute the full software testing lifecycle, ensuring high-quality product delivery .
- Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for web applications .
- Perform a variety of testing types, including:
- Performance Testing
- Web Testing
- Mobile Testing
- Accessibility Testing
- Exploratory Testing
- API Testing
- Security Testing
- Regression Testing .
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and stakeholders) to identify and resolve software issues .
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
- Mentor and train junior QA team members to ensure consistent testing practices and knowledge sharing .
- Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, bug reports, and QA process improvements .




- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for software testing .

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in manual software testing, including test execution, defect tracking, and reporting .
- Strong expertise with Jira, Postman, Confluence, Selenium, Git .
- Deep understanding of testing methodologies such as:
- Integration Testing
- System Testing
- Regression Testing
- Performance Testing
- Security Testing
- Exploratory Testing .
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues .
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies and errors .
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain defects and testing results to non-technical stakeholders .

Preferred Qualifications

- ISTQB Foundation Level Certification .
- Experience working with Postman .
- Experience with BrowserStack for cross-browser and mobile testing .
- Ability to lead and mentor junior testers and establish best QA practices .
