Experteer Overview
As Head of Legal Iberia, you will act as the primary legal adviser to Iberian senior management and key operational teams. You will shape the Iberian legal strategy in line with Group directives while adapting to Spain and Portugal. You will manage compliance, data protection, and consumer law, and lead risk-aware guidance to support business objectives. This role combines strategy, governance, and external counsel management to protect the company and enable growth. You will drive ethical governance and cross-border collaboration in a fast-paced mobility business.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Act as primary legal adviser to Iberian senior management and operations, Finance, Fleet, HR, and Commercial
• Provide proactive, risk-calibrated legal guidance aligned with business objectives
• Design and maintain Iberian compliance program; manage GDPR/GDPR, LOPDGDD, and data subject requests
• Oversee consumer protection compliance and sector-specific vehicle rental regulations
• Lead civil, criminal, administrative, and regulatory litigation management with external firms
• Advise on material contracts, concessions, tenders, and public procurement




• Manage corporate governance and Iberian entity housekeeping; support Company Secretary function
• Lead and develop a Legal Specialist Iberia; manage external counsel relationships
• Serve as primary contact between Iberian business and Group GC; implement Group legal policies
• Coordinate cross-border matters with Group jurisdictions and adapt governance standards

Responsabilidades
• Law degree
• Master's degree in Business Law, EU Law, or MBA preferred
• Bar admission
• 10-15 years of legal experience in multi-jurisdictional environments
• Experience in three areas: contracts/procurement, GDPR/consumer law, governance, or dispute resolution
• Experience managing external counsel and reporting legal risk to senior management
• Experience as Head of Legal or senior in-house role valued
• Experience in vehicle rental, mobility, or regulated consumer services is a plus
• Familiarity with public tenders and airport/railway concessions is a plus
