Your key responsibilities:

- Acquisition and sale of premium properties in Palma and across Mallorca
- Professional property valuation and compelling object presentations
- Comprehensive, high-level advisory and continuous support for buyers and sellers
- Execution of targeted sales and local marketing initiatives to grow your market presence

What you bring to the role:
- Permanent residency in Mallorca (ideally Palma or the surrounding area) along with strong local market awareness
- Excellent,



fluent German language skills (mandatory), solid Spanish language skills (mandatory), and good English
- Proven sales experience in the real estate sector or another customer-facing industry
- Strong affinity for exclusive properties and a distinct service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with MS Office and ideally prior experience with CRM systems
- Polished manners, confident interpersonal skills, strong negotiation talent, and a structured, self-driven work ethic
