Experteer Overview As Global Air Logistics Vertical Implementation Manager, you drive complex customer implementations within the air logistics vertical to enable growth and efficiency. You lead cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Business Unit teams, guiding projects from initiation through stabilization. You will shape best practices, manage scope, budget and risks, and mentor junior managers. - Lead definition, scoping and initiation of projects with stakeholders; develop detailed plans and risk management
- Oversee project execution and control; align teams with goals and address deviations
- Manage resources across functional managers to ensure project success

- Ensure deliverables meet standards (including ISO 21205) and drive continuous improvements
- Collaborate with Sales and Air Logistics leadership to define strategic internal projects
- Identify and mitigate risks; manage scope changes for smooth integration
- Mentor and coach junior managers on vertical requirementsResponsabilidades
- Min. 5 years of experience as Project Manager / Program Manager with complex, global projects
- Solid operational background in Air Logistics
- Strong leadership and cross-functional team guidance
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
