Necesitamos incorporar a nuestro equipo de VML Madrid un/a Ejecutivo/a de Cuentas con nivel de inglés alto con entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia en agencia trabajando en la gestión de campañas de comunicación 360 y en la gestión de generación de contenido en redes sociales. Se integrará en un equipo de cuentas y sus responsabilidades serán: Relación directa y diaria con cliente en proyectos internacionales. Recogida de brief cliente,



elaboración de contrabriefings y briefings internos y /o creativos.

Ejecución de campañas multicanal con fuerte peso en social. Gestión de planes de medios. Gestión y coordinación de contenidos digitales y RRSS (Content plans mensuales, contenidos AV para redes, gestión de la cobertura digital de eventos del cliente...) Gestión y planificación de proyectos con cliente y todos los departamentos y perfiles de la agencia (estrategia, creación, producción, content creators, community managers...), Análisis de resultados y learning aplicables a futuras acciones.

Planning semanal con cliente y equipos internos. Seguimiento de proyectos en curso, definición de prioridades y reorganización cuando sea necesario. Capacidad para identificar necesidades y/o oportunidades de desarrollo dentro del cliente.

Realización de gestiones internas del departamento de cuentas: informes de reunión, presupuestos, facturación, planificación de trabajos, etc.

Tienes

Licenciatura o Grado en publicidad y RRPP. Tienes entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia en agencia similar como ejecutiva/o de cuentas en campañas 360 y gestión de contenidos para RRSS. Desenvolverse correctamente en inglés.

Conocer y saber gestionar plataformas de gestión de trabajo tipo Asana, Trello o Jira. Modelo híbrido o presencial. Plan de carrera personalizado y formación continua Iniciativas de apoyo a la maternidad y políticas de igualdad y diversidad.
