Experteer Overview
As an Executive Director in SCIB, you will lead end-to-end back leverage transactions (non-recourse or partial-recourse) for institutional clients. You will collaborate with trading, sales, syndication, legal and risk teams to structure and execute complex financings across EMEA. The role combines front-office origination with rigorous risk management and cross-border execution, with a strong emphasis on leadership and stakeholder alignment. You will shape deal structuring across integral markets and contribute to Santander’s client-centric transformation.

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in structured finance, structured credit, real estate finance, trading, origination or underwriting across EMEA
• Proven ability to originate and close complex financing solutions for institutional clients
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with multiple functions in large international institutions
• Master in Finance or equivalent
• English required; Spanish preferred
• Strong financial modelling and transaction analysis capabilities
• Cross-border, risk-aware deal structuring experience
