Foundever® is currently recruiting a Senior Team Manager to lead operations for a prestigious luxury automotive customer experience project based in Madrid.
This opportunity is designed for experienced leaders who are passionate about operational excellence, premium customer engagement, and high-performance team management within international environments.
As part of this exclusive project, the selected professional will play a strategic role in delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with the standards of a globally recognized luxury automotive brand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a customer experience team within a premium service environment
- Driving operational performance through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Delivering coaching, performance development, and engagement strategies
- Managing escalations and ensuring service excellence across all customer interactions
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders and client operations teams
Candidate profile:
- Advanced English level (C1 minimum)
- Advanced Spanish level (C1 minimum)
- Strong experience in team leadership, operations management,
or customer experience environments
- Proven background in KPI management, coaching, and performance optimization
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making capabilities
- Experience within luxury, automotive, hospitality, or premium customer environments is highly valued
