In this role you drive delivery of innovative clinical research programs within ICON Biotech's General Medicine portfolio, with a dedicated focus on obesity studies. You lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently and compliantly, while developing team capability and stakeholder alignment. You will manage plans, timelines and budgets, identify risks, and present progress to senior leadership. • Solid project and programme management experience with team leadership
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Proven track record delivering projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget
• Strong leadership, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 advantageous
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable; committed to continuous improvement
• Willingness to travel (~30%)
