Eterniti is seeking a talented part-time People Director (50-60%) to join our Barcelona office. You will protect and nurture our culture while excelling at recruitment across multiple entities.
You’ll partner with senior leadership on HR strategy, lead two HR colleagues, oversee recruitment and training, and drive HR dashboards and tooling (JazzHR, Skello) as we integrate new acquisitions, with a focus on data-driven decision making and cross-country collaboration.
