Location

This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Madrid, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

Purpose

As a Buyer, you are responsible for executing strategic sourcing activities to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and reliable supply within your category. You collaborate with category managers and cross-functional teams to implement general strategies,



manage supplier relationships, and lead negotiations, contributing to a strong and competitive supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive and continuously develop procurement activities within your assigned category
- Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives and efficiency improvements
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and supplier evaluations
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and manage ongoing relationships
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (R&D;, Manufacturing, Logistics, Strategy, etc.)
- Lead and execute commercial negotiations at a global level
- Support supplier development and performance improvement initiatives
- Ensure alignment with global sourcing strategies and business objectives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong expertise in sourcing processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation within complex, global env
