We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a global leader in third-party quality assurance and inspection services (TIC industry), serving international brands across consumer goods and industrial sectors. Our client is looking for a commercially-driven sales leader to take ownership of their Spain sales operations.
The idóneo candidate has a strong background in the TIC sector (inspection, testing, or auditing services) and has led sales teams selling into the consumer goods space. Lead, coach, and grow a distributed sales team across Spain and neighboring markets • Own the regional sales strategy,
from market planning to pipeline execution • Recruit and develop new sales talent as the team scales • Provide senior management with regular performance insights and action plans • 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience, including solid time in the TIC industry (inspection, testing, or auditing) selling into consumer goods • At least 2 years directly managing a sales team — coaching, evaluating, and developing people • Strong grasp of the consumer goods supply chain (sourcing, trading, manufacturing, retail compliance) • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders xqziphu — procurement heads, quality directors, C-level buyers • Fluent English required; Spanish and/or Dutch are a strong plus • Currently in a Sales Supervisor / Team Lead role within TIC, ready to step into broader leadership • Competitive base salary + performance bonus •
