What You Will Do
- Coordinate and schedule sales training sessions for new starters and existing sales teams.
- Deliver sales training programmes, including onboarding, refresher training, and targeted tools and skill-based sessions.
- Conduct regular role plays and call/chat monitoring to assess performance and identify coaching opportunities.
- Create coaching plans, improvement suggestions, and targeted training interventions based on observed behaviours.
- Develop and update sales training materials in coordination with the Training Lead.
- Review sales performance metrics to identify skill gaps, training needs, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create joint action plans with Sales Supervisors to develop and improve individual and team sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Training Lead to design, manage, and deliver sales gamification initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales methodologies, best practices, and the current product range to ensure training remains relevant and effective.
- Maintain strong understanding of current project processes, tools, and systems used by the sales teams.
