Account Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities with us:

Lead and develop the regional sales organisation to achieve sales, contribution margin, and design-in targets

Drive the development of existing customers and acquisition of new business to strengthen the regional market position

Define and implement regional sales strategies, targets, budgets, and business plans in alignment with company objectives

Manage, coach, and develop the sales team, including target setting, performance reviews, and resource planning

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and suppliers and support important commercial and price negotiations

Work closely with Product Marketing, Field Application Engineering, Internal Sales,



Supply Chain, Material Management, Finance, and HR

Your qualifications:

Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally within electronics distribution, electronic components, or another technical environment

Proven experience in leading and developing sales teams and managing regional sales performance

Strong commercial understanding with experience in sales planning, budgeting, margin management, and business development

Confident negotiation and stakeholder-management skills combined with a strong customer and results orientation

Fluent Spanish and good Engli
