and finance ~ Direct reporting to senior management and board ───────────────────────────── Who We're Looking For ───────────────────────────── ~10+ years of senior residential real estate sales experience in Spain ~ Proven track record in new-build and off-plan sales and strategies ~ Deep experience managing broker networks and agency relationships ~ Strong command of pipeline, pricing, and sales execution ~ Strong business and financial acumen ~ Spanish mother tongue | Very high level of business English ~ Based in Barcelona or Valencia area ───────────────────────────── Who You Are ───────────────────────────── You think at enterprise level and execute with precision.
