They are now looking for a Head of Sales Spain to own and scale their commercial strategy in Spain, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales organization.

Develop deep knowledge of the local market: competition, pricing, legal constraints, product localization Build and maintain the Sales Playbook (pitch, ICPs, qualification, objection handling, closing) Adapt positioning and messaging to the Spanish market Build dashboards to monitor pipeline, forecast, sales velocity, and performance Ensure high data quality and disciplined Salesforce usage Analyze performance and recommend strategic and operational improvements Building a Scalable Sales Organization Lead recruitment, onboarding,



and ramp-up of Sales Reps Coach the team through regular 1:1s and performance reviews Foster a strong performance culture and continuous learning environment Manage and align the external SDR agency with sales objectives Act as the voice of the Spanish market internally ~ Lead local market adaptation projects ~ Coordinate with Account Management on retention and expansion ~ At least 3 years as an Individual Contributor in Sales ~ At least 2 years in a management role (Team Lead, Head of Sales, Sales Manager, etc.) ~ Strong data-driven mindset: you know your numbers and how to use them to drive performance ~ Experience building or significantly improving a Sales Playbook ~ Strong interest in Sales Ops (tools, processes, data), ideally with hands-on experience ~ Strong expertise in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and SaaS KPIs Remote work: 9 days per month after onboarding Work-from-home support:
