What will you do?




- Provide outstanding customer service and technical support via phone and email.
- Assist customers and installers with troubleshooting and technical issues.
- Deliver clear and effective solutions through strong communication and analytical skills.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Maintain high standards of quality in all customer interactions.
- Manage and resolve inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Perform administrative and support-related tasks when required.

Candidate profile
- Native-level German and C1 English skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting abilities.
- Comfortable working with computers and digital tools.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
