Our client is looking for German-speaking talents who want to work either on-site in Malaga or remotely from Spain . Please note: At the time of applying, you must be residing within Spain Join an international project supporting a major EV charging initiative , where you will deliver high-quality technical assistance to customers. Choose between a freelance setup or a direct contract with the employer while working in a dynamic 24/7 environment, including night shifts, and gaining valuable experience in a future-oriented industry.
What will you do?
- Provide outstanding customer service and technical support via phone and email
- Assist customers and installers with troubleshooting and technical issues
- Deliver clear and effective solutions through strong communication and analytical skills
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Maintain high standards of quality in all customer interactions




- Manage and resolve inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service delivery
- Perform administrative and support-related tasks when required

Candidate profile
- Native-level German and C1 English skills
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support
- Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting abilities
- Comfortable working with computers and digital tools
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a service-oriented attitude
- Team player with the ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including night shifts
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Employer offers
- Gross base salary: €1800 for the first 6 months
- Gross base salary: €1850 after 6 months
- Gross base salary: Up to €2000 after 1 year (career progression opportunities)
