Overview of the Role As a SAP Success Factors Consultant , you will play a pivotal role in strengthening HCLTech's brand presence in Spain by delivering world-class SAP Success Factors solutions. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive functional and technical support, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving ongoing system optimization and enhancements. Your expertise will contribute directly to the success of global HR transformation initiatives, ensuring robust, scalable, and innovative HR technology solutions that align with HCLTech's strategic vision.

Detailed Responsibilities

Deliver functional and technical support for SAP Success Factors modules, including AMS (L2/L3) incident analysis, troubleshooting, and enhancements. Resolve end-user issues and manage tickets related to module configurations and permissions. Develop custom reports and analytics dashboards using SAP Success Factors reporting tools.

Support system upgrades, quarterly releases, and regression testing activities. Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP Success Factors solutions across multiple HR modules. Provide functional consulting, bug fixes, root cause analysis, and production support.

Participate in all phases of project lifecycle: design, build, test, deployment, and hyper care. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Success Factors with SAP, Kronos, and third-party systems. Prepare workbooks, conceptual documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.

Skill Requirements





Experience & Expertise 7-8+ years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP Success Factors consulting. Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Success Factors implementation and support experience.

Experience in general or multinational environments. Proven track record supporting AMS and project-based engagements.

Functional Expertise

In-depth experience with one or more SAP Success Factors modules: Employee Central (EC), Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Onboarding, Performance & Goals (PMGM), Learning Management System (LMS), Workforce Analytics/People Analytics, Success Factors Integrations.

Technical Skills

Integration knowledge using SAP CPI/Integration Suite, APIs, or middleware platforms. Data migration and validation experience. Strong troubleshooting and defect analysis capabilities.

Experience in test planning and release management.

Language Advanced

English communication skills (spoken and written). Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.

Other

Requirements (Optional) SAP Success Factors certifications in one or more modules.

Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI). Knowledge of People Analytics and Workforce Planning.

Experience in global HR transformation programs. Knowledge of Agile and Dev Ops methodologies.

Experience with Service Now, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools.

Background in the manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors.
