Product Owner – Customer Portal
The Product Owner – Customer Portal is responsible for evolving World Courier’s suite of customer-facing portal experiences into modern, scalable, intuitive, and increasingly AI-enabled digital platforms that support general operations, enhance customer engagement.

Customer portals are central to how customers interact with World Courier—placing orders, tracking shipments, and accessing critical logistics information. This role ensures that our customer portals evolve into integrated, consistent, and user-centric digital experiences, reducing reliance on manual interactions and enabling scalable, self-service capabilities across regions and markets. A key measure of success will be the ability to drive customer adoption of digital channels, increasing usage of portal-based interactions and reducing dependency on manual, email- and phone-based processes.
