Join Glovo's Integral Delivery Hero Data Protection Team as an Associate Privacy Counsel. You will provide pragmatic privacy guidance to enable growth while ensuring regulatory compliance. You collaborate across teams to shape privacy programs, risks, and governance in a fast-paced, cross-border environment. You will support data mapping, DPIAs, and policy development, with a focus on GDPR and evolving AI governance. This role offers impact across the business as you help deliver trusted, compliant experiences worldwide.

• Provide legal advice on data protection under global frameworks (GDPR) to internal stakeholders
• Offer risk-based privacy guidance for new products, initiatives, and changes
• Draft and negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements; conduct third-party due diligence
• Support data mapping and documentation of processing activities; perform DPIAs
• Develop, implement, and maintain global privacy policies and procedures
• Communicate with DH Group management board and leadership teams on privacy matters




• Conduct privacy maturity audits and coordinate remediation efforts
• Manage investigations with data protection authorities and develop mitigation plans
• Monitor AI governance developments and contribute to governance frameworks

Responsabilidades
• Min. 2 - 3 years of experience in data protection/privacy or related areas
• Law degree (bachelor or higher) and legal background
• Certified expertise in EU privacy laws is a plus (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO, etc.)
• Excellent English; Polish, Spanish or German a plus
• Experience advising online technology companies across multiple jurisdictions is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
