In this role you will manage a portfolio of multinational clients from our Madrid GBM team, acting as a trusted advisor on employee benefits strategy. You will coordinate across HR, Reward and Procurement to deliver globally consistent yet locally compliant benefits, aiming to improve employee experience and governance while controlling costs. You’ll handle renewal directions, benchmarking, and client-facing presentations, shaping data-driven benefits programs for global success. This position offers a hybrid work setup with a strong opportunity to grow within a market-leading advisor.

• Manage a portfolio of multinational clients and drive loyalty and retention
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver global benefits in line with client guidelines
• Oversee daily insurable benefits management, support implementation, and ensure timely, high-quality data
• Serve as day-to-day contact for clients and internal stakeholders (e.g., local brokers)
• Manage delivery of materials and present results in client meetings
• Provide renewal directions and develop project timelines

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Human Resources, Management, Economics, Law, Sociology, Public Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in employee benefits
• Native-level Spanish and strong English (written and spoken, minimum B2)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Strong communication and presentation skills with diverse audiences
• Collaborative and independent working style
• Growth-minded attitude with commitment to continuous learning
• Proficiency with MS Office; ability to analyze data in Excel and prepare PowerPoint presentations
