La siguiente información debe ser leída atentamente por todos los candidatos.Our client is scaling a Sovereign AI infrastructure platform and is looking for multiple Junior Data Center Technicians to join their new Madrid team.This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build a career around the physical infrastructure behind AI - servers, racks, cabling, high-density compute, GPUs and cooling systems.You do not need to be the finished article. This could suit someone with less than a year of hands-on experience in a data center, IT hardware, cabling, telecoms, field service, networking, electrical/mechanical work, or another practical technical environment.What matters most is curiosity, reliability, pride in the details and a genuine appetite to learn.Why it’s worth a lookYou’ll be joining a site that is growing quickly and working around some of the most exciting infrastructure in the market, including GB200-class AI systems, future GPU platforms such as Vera Rubin, and direct liquid cooling.You’ll get exposure across the full physical layer rather than being boxed into one tiny part of the process. Over time, that means learning how modern AI compute environments are built, checked, supported, repaired and scaled.There is also a real growth path. The company is early enough that strong juniors can grow quickly as the team,
site and wider platform expand.What you’ll learn and supportYou’ll work closely with experienced technicians and engineers across areas like:Racking servers, switches and supporting equipmentRunning, dressing, labelling and checking copper/fibre cablingSupporting hardware installs, swaps and basic maintenanceHelping identify failed parts such as drives, fans, PSUs, CPUs and boardsAssisting with cable/link checks and physical fault tracingYou’ll likely be a good fit if you have:Some practical technical experience, even if it is early-stageConfidence working with physical equipment, tools, cables and componentsA basic understanding of networking, cabling or computer hardwareA careful, methodical approach when something is not workingThe confidence to ask for help rather than guess in a critical environmentA positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a shift teamAvailability for an on-site 8-hour shift pattern covering 24/7 operationsHelpful, but not essentialData center exposureServer, storage or network hardware experienceFibre/copper cabling experienceGPU or liquid cooling exposureInterest in troubleshooting, link testing, hardware diagnostics or AI infrastructureFor someone early in their career, this is a strong opportunity to get close to advanced AI infrastructure, learn from experienced engineers and build a long-term path in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology.Unfortunately, visa sponsorship cannot be supported for this role.Interested? xhfqzwm Drop your resume and apply or reach out direct!
