As Senior Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end development of conversational banking capabilities and autonomous customer journeys. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, piloting AI-powered experiences that resolve issues autonomously while upholding regulatory and data privacy standards. You’ll drive measurable impact by improving containment and resolution outcomes, partnering with operations and engineering to embed AI safely in agent workflows. This role offers high autonomy in a fast-moving, regulated environment at a leading European digital bank.
