Experteer Overview In this role you will provide comprehensive legal support to Europcar Mobility Group’s business functions, helping manage corporate matters, contracts, compliance, and risk across operations, procurement, safety, and CSR. You will draft and review agreements, coordinate litigation, and support governance and policy development at both local and group levels. You’ll work with cross-border teams to implement legal standards, GDPR compliance, and ethics initiatives, shaping how the business operates within legal boundaries. - Provide legal advice on corporate, procurement, safety, insurance, sustainability, and CSR matters




- Coordinate litigation and consumer-related requirements with external law firms
- Corporate housekeeping and local formalization with the Group
- Support development and modification of Company policies and terms u0026 conditions
- Assist cross-country group initiatives and local project implementations
- Manage GDPR matters in coordination with the Group DPO and ensure internal procedures for GDPR compliance
- Coordinate ethics and compliance policy implementation with Group Compliance Officer
- Collaborate with international legal teams and assist in budget/projections for legal costs
