We are looking for a Head of Business Development Europe to drive growth across the security solutions market. This is a unique leadership role combining hands-on business development, key account management, and leadership of a regional Business Development team.

As part of a dynamic international organization, you will play a critical role in expanding our European footprint, developing strategic partnerships, and accelerating revenue growth across multiple markets.

What You'll Do:

Drive Business Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Europe.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic key accounts.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, system integrators, partners, and end customers.
- Develop and execute market-specific go-to-market strategies.
- Lead high-value negotiations and close complex commercial agreements.

Lead & Develop the BDM Team
- Lead, coach,



and inspire a team of Business Development Managers located across Europe.
- Establish clear sales objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- Monitor pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance, results-driven culture.

Shape Strategic Expansion
- Identify new markets, segments, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
- Provide customer and market insights to support product strategy and innovation.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in business development and sales within the security solutions industry (access control, video surveillance, biometrics, security technology, or related sectors).
Demonstrated success managing large European territories and delivering revenue growth.
