We are a team of finance professionals with a special focus on business partnering, support of Commercial Business Units and technical capabilities. The Senior Finance

Analyst will be responsible for the following processes and activities, among others: Partnering with different local business functions, providing recommendations to business partners and key stakeholders. Performs financial analysis. Preparation and analysis of monthly and quarterly reports on sales and opex (brand spending) for business units.

Ensures accurate monthly closing, partnering with Accounting Team. Support in preparation of Operating Procedures, Compliance and Internal Audit requests. Support on ongoing projects and connect with financial stakeholders inside and outside IM Spain.

Responsible for headcount forecasting, reporting,



and governance processes, ensuring alignment with financial budgets and workforce strategies. Responsible for Balance management, ensuring accurate planning, monitoring, and reconciliation of financial balances across the organization.

Digital

Ambassador leading the creation, continuous improvement, and optimization of tools that drive efficiency and business value Advanced in both written & spoken English. Analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decision in timely manner. Advance skills in Excel and new digital tools At least 4 years' experience on similar tasks or role with a deep knowledge in application of new digital tools.
