A high-growth AI infrastructure business is looking for a Head of Legal to lead its European legal function, based in Madrid.

This is a broad, hands-on leadership role with direct exposure to senior leadership and responsibility across M&A;, corporate, commercial and strategic matters.

Key responsibilities

Lead and build out the European legal function

Own M&A;, acquisitions, investments and corporate transactions

Lead complex commercial contracting, including MSAs, customer and vendor agreements

Advise on corporate governance, structuring and international expansion

Support financing and capital markets activity

Partner directly with senior commercial, finance and infrastructure teams





Manage external counsel across European jurisdictions

Build scalable legal processes as the European business continues to grow

Idóneo profile

10+ years' PQE

Australian or UK qualified preferred

Strong corporate/M&A; and commercial background

Experience with complex, cross-border transactions

Strong commercial contracting experience xiphteb

Comfortable operating independently and building a function

Pragmatic, commercially minded and confident advising senior stakeholders

Excellent English
