In this role you will lead the brand and growth strategy for , reinforcing it as a trusted daily lifestyle weather platform. You will bridge Marketing, Product, IT, and Meteorology to translate global vision into local, high-impact execution in Spain. You’ll shape onboarding, retention, and lifecycle programs while optimizing SEO, content authority, and AI-driven visibility. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams and the Canada-based unit to turn casual users into loyal brand advocates. This is an opportunity to scale a recognized weather brand and drive measurable engagement at scale from Madrid.

• Own brand identity, voice, and value proposition across digital products
• Develop an omni-channel marketing strategy to drive adoption, usage, reach, and retention
• Design loyalty, community, and subscription value propositions to deepen engagement
• Lead market intelligence using user insights and competitive analysis




• Direct GTM campaigns and product launches with a strategic marketing calendar
• Collaborate with Product, Communications, and local teams to align priorities
• Design onboarding journeys for the first 14 days using OneSignal and in-app touchpoints
• Build lifecycle communications (push, in-app, email) by user behavior and weather context
• Own NPS and feedback infrastructure and translate signals into product/marketing improvements
• Define and optimize D30/D90 retention as primary success metrics
• Execute the technical SEO roadmap and coordinate with IT/Product on CWV, crawl budgets, and JS rendering
• Develop GEO/AEO strategies to improve LLM visibility via schema markup and entity optimization
• Establish topical authority with Meteorology team through content briefs and keyword targeting
• Monitor and model organic traffic health and AI-driven referral trends to mitigate cannibalization
• Manage AS
