Tus tareasAs Senior Manager of Supply Chain, your mission is to lead the end-to-end Last Mile 2MH operation, owning its strategy, cost efficiency, service quality, and team performance to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across the network.

- Define and lead the Last Mile 2MH strategy: carrier mix, coverage by area and service model.-Ownership of the 2MH transport budget: forecast, monthly tracking and year-end closing.-Lead the strategic relationship with the 4PL: SLA negotiation, business reviews and escalation.-manage the carrier network across all UHs.-Coordinate with the UH Manager to align preparation capacity with delivery commitments.-Validate and approve all transport invoices and 4PL billing.-Monitor NPS and delivery KPIs; lead root-cause analysis and improvement plans.-Ensure 4PL and carrier SLA compliance; Lead team development: set objectives, provide feedback and build long-term capability.-Drive continuous improvement across Last Mile 2MH operations and processesTu perfilBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Administration will be considered a plus. Solid professional experience in last mile operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in complex and fast-moving environments. Strong understanding of operational KPIs,



cost control, and service quality management.

Advanced

English level (spoken and written).Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience managing 5 direct reports and leading cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical and operational mindset, with a focus on cost, quality, and continuous improvement. Ability to manage end-to-end operational performance while maintaining high standards of service and team engagement.
