We are building the AI workforce for wealth management — the layer of intelligence that handles what advisors should never have had to do manually in the first place. What we do not yet have is someone who turns all of that into content worth paying attention to.

This role owns the full surface: video, blog, social, product marketing, events. One person, real ownership, AI as the production multiplier. Video and short-form. You script, direct, and produce — or closely supervise production of — short-form video content: product demos, explainers, advisor-facing clips, LinkedIn shorts.

Blog and long-form. Content with a point of view that an advisor would actually finish. Not SEO filler. Product marketing. You sit close to the product team, know what is on the roadmap, and translate it into client-facing communication — release notes, feature announcements, webinars, enablement material — before it ships, not after.

Social. LinkedIn and whatever channels move the needle in wealth management. Events and webinars. You coordinate Sherpas presence at the key industry events and run product webinars for clients and prospects.

You use AI tools every day to produce content at a pace a team of three would struggle to match. You have scripted and produced video content that performed — short-form, product-led, or educational.

You are comfortable sitting in product planning sessions, understanding what is being built, and turning it into a communication plan before anyone asks you to.

Fluent

English and Spanish. most of the team is Spanish. There is no marketing department around you. Senior management is your sounding board, not your briefing queue. Existing presence or network in the wealth management or RIA space.

A marketing degree or agency background. Not a social media scheduler. Not a content factory executing someone else's editorial calendar. A consistent content cadence across video, blog, and social that did not exist before you arrived.

Inbound conversations that begin with "I saw your video" or "I read the piece you wrote." A conversation about what you have built — content, video, campaigns — and how you built it. # you come back with a short-form video script, a blog outline, and a LinkedIn post. A working session with product and senior management.
