You’ll be the main point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth payment operations, driving revenue growth, and delivering a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of iGaming clients, building strong, long-term relationships Act as the primary contact for day-to-day client needs, escalations, and performance reviews Monitor payment performance (approval rates, fraud, chargebacks) and provide actionable insights Collaborate with internal teams (product, risk, compliance, tech)



to resolve issues and improve service Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenue Support onboarding of new clients and payment methods across markets Stay informed on iGaming trends, regulations, and payments landscape Requirements 2–5 years of experience in account management, preferably in payments, fintech, or iGaming Strong understanding of payment flows, PSPs, and risk/fraud concepts Excellent xqbhyrx communication and stakeholder management skills Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and present performance metrics Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Fluency in English (additional languages a plus) Nice to Have Experience working with high-risk industries or regulated markets Familiarity with integral payment methods and cross-border transactions
