Experteer Overview In this role you drive client success for a major FMCG account by leading a cross-functional engagement and delivering on both short-term activations and long-term growth plans. You work closely with the Account Director to balance strategic vision with daily execution, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers. You will manage stakeholder relationships, ensure high-quality delivery, and translate client needs into effective plans that scale across brands. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines client management, project delivery, and strategic account planning, based in Madrid with hybrid work options.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Lead client satisfaction through ongoing liaison and management of internal resources, client engagement teams, and external vendors
- Identify and resolve issues, drive quality improvements, and influence client decisions for outstanding results
- Develop and coach team members through appraisals, mentoring, and training to support growth
- Craft account growth strategies, develop annual development plans, and oversee financial performance of the account




- Provide technical guidance on projects to ensure high-quality delivery and standards
- Produce regular MI reports, account relationship plans, risk management updates

- Advanced client service management experience with on-site client work and multi-vendor coordination
- Experience in 2D Print, POSM, and digital solutions within FMCG sector
- Strong negotiation and consensus-building abilities with internal stakeholders
- People management experience including performance management and team leadership
- Proven track record in operations management for client services, Pu0026L/budget management, and financial reporting
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) and ability to influence at all seniority levels
- Fluent in English and Spanish
