In this role you will develop regional access strategies and translate national pricing decisions into hospital- and region-level access. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen patient access and maximize portfolio value in Spain. You will lead discussions on tenders, pricing, and contracting with hospitals and regional authorities, while leveraging data and AI-enabled insights to improve forecasting and decisions. This role combines strategic planning with field execution and stakeholder engagement to shape access in a decentralised healthcare environment. You will join a collaborative, patient-centric team focused on sustainable access and value creation.

• Develop and execute Regional Access Plans aligned with brand strategies and portfolio priorities
• Provide regional market insights to Pricing u0026 Reimbursement and New Product Planning teams
• Lead access discussions, tenders, pricing negotiations, and contracting with hospitals and regional authorities
• Identify and implement innovative access solutions, including value-based contracts and alternative pricing models
• Build relationships with Regional Health Authorities and hospital and procurement leaders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated customer engagement
• Utilise dashboards, data analytics, and AI-enabled insights for forecasting and decision-making
• Share field insights to drive collaboration across brands and geographies
• Ensure compliance with laws, Takeda policies, pharmacovigilance, EFPIA and Farmaindustria codes
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or Master in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, Business, or related field
• Significant experience in Market Access, Pricing and Reimbursement, Institutional Relations, or Healthcare Management
• Strong knowledge of Spain's regional healthcare systems and tenders
• Experience developing access strategies and engaging senior institutional stakeholders
• Cross-functional leadership with ability to influence without formal authority
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Strong digital proficiency with dashboards, analytics tools, or AI-supported insights
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Commitment to compliance, ethics, and patient outcomes
