Logistics Coordinator – Barcelona (In-Office) Taphandles Cerviteca SLU – Barcelona, Spain Taphandles is a general leader in beverage-dispense marketing, specializing in custom beer towers, fonts, and tap handles. Our Barcelona operation ships products worldwide, supporting breweries of all sizes. We are hiring an International Logistics Coordinator to manage the daily flow of shipments between our China factory, our Spain operation, and our customers across the world. Were a small team. You wont have layers of process around you. What you will have is real responsibility for how this operation runs, the freedom to choose carriers, build relationships with forwarders, and improve the way we move product. Were a slim team and the work happens in two places: at a desk and in the warehouse. The right person is comfortable spending part of the day on a laptop coordinating with carriers and customers, and part of the day on the warehouse floor packing, labeling, and physically shipping product. If youd rather only do one or the other, this isnt the right job. What Youll Manage * Shipping and logistics execution. Coordinate shipments from China to Spain and across the world. Manage customs paperwork, incoterms, and delivery commitments. Build and maintain relationships with freight forwarders and carriers. * Hands-on shipping. Pack, label, and physically prepare outbound shipments alongside the rest of the team. * Carrier and forwarder management. Manage the relationships. Negotiate rates. Hold them accountable to the timelines they commit to. * Cross-functional communication. Work daily with Project Managers, Spain Operations, China Production, and Accounting.



You are the connective tissue that keeps these teams in sync. * Data and systems. Maintain accurate records of shipments and delivery status. The records you keep are the records the rest of the company trusts. * Process improvement. Youve seen how good logistics operations run. Bring that perspective. Tell us what were doing wrong and fix it. About You * Experienced. 2 to 4 years in international logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or in-house supply chain. You understand incoterms without having to look them up. Youve handled EU customs paperwork and you know what a real ETA looks like versus a hopeful one. * Comfortable on the warehouse floor. Youre happy splitting your time between desk work and physical shipping. * You take responsibility. When something on your plate goes sideways, your first instinct is to fix it, then understand why it happened, then make sure it doesnt happen again. * You catch details. You notice when a number doesnt match, when a date doesnt add up, when an email reply is missing. You follow up. * You communicate clearly. Direct, organized, professional. * Youre comfortable with ERP systems and spreadsheets. NetSuite experience a plus. * Professional English required. Spanish helpful. Mandarin a meaningful plus given our China factory.
