Lead ERP development by improving and customizing the ERP system for scalability
Provide technical support and leadership to the development team
Manage implementation using SCRUM and Kanban frameworks
Collaborate with IT leadership and ERP specialists
Implement modern engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control
Требования:

Proven leadership in ERP/CRM development, especially with Microsoft D365 F&O;
Strong technical expertise in X++, .NET, Power Platform, and software development best practices
Ability to collaborate across teams, lead projects, and ensure continuous improvement
Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Passion for driving innovation and improving ERP systems
Fluent English
Nice to have: German.
