As a Data Analyst, Associate within Corporate Functions Technology, you support data-driven regulatory and strategic initiatives across the function. You will analyse data, controls and processes to provide insights for decision-making and governance, contributing to regulatory and transformation programs. You’ll collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions and support data governance and quality activities. The role offers exposure to complex data environments, dashboards, and management reporting in a regulated financial services setting.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Perform data analysis, reconciliations, impact assessments, and data validation and control assessment activities to support business, regulatory, audit, and process, policy, and regulatory initiatives
• Analyze data, controls, business processes, and project deliverables to identify trends, risks, gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into data-driven insights and support the delivery of strategic data initiatives including contributing to systems analysis and design where required
• Support Data Quality issue identification, root cause analysis, tracking, and remediation activities
• Support Data Governance activities, including Critical Data Elements (CDEs), data lineage, metadata management, and control documentation




• Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to support project delivery, regulatory commitments, and resolution of data-related issues, by maintaining clear plans, tracking actions, and driving follow-through
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates for governance forums and management

Responsabilidades
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Python is advantageous
• Experience working with integrations, interface specifications, data warehouses, data pipelines would be advantageous
• Exposure to system design principles, architecture patterns, and integration techniques would be advantageous
• Knowledge of Data Quality, Data Governance, or Regulatory Reporting concepts is advantageous
• Experience working with business analysts, data engineers, developers and architects
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience within financial services or a regulatory environment is preferred
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
