FLOYT Mobility is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner & Recruiting (m/f/d) to act as a strategic partner across the employee journey. You will drive HR initiatives, shape people processes, and lead talent acquisition efforts in Germany and Spain.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations with a pragmatic approach, leveraging your expertise in Spanish labor law and ATS/HRIS systems. This position requires 2-3 days in the office.
