An international company, part of a growing integral business group, is looking for a Sr Talent & HR Specialist.

The Senior

Talent & HR Specialist will support key business lines, with a primary focus on Data Center and Energy activities. The role will be part of the central HR team, reporting to the HR Director. The position will focus on managing a high volume of senior and specialized hiring needs in competitive and technical markets across Europe and the US, while also supporting key HR topics such as compensation, performance management and organizational matters.

Senior Talent

Acquisition & Headhunting Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and critical roles, mainly within the Digital & Energy sectors, across Europe and the US. Identify, approach and engage high-quality candidates through direct sourcing and headhunting strategies. Conduct interviews and assess senior candidates, evaluating both technical expertise and leadership capabilities.





Support the development and structuring of competitive compensation packages for senior profiles. Performance & KPI Framework Support the implementation and follow-up of performance management practices, including: Performance evaluation processes Alignment between performance and compensation Degree in Psychology, Law or Human Resources or similar ~15+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on executive search and senior talent acquisition (in-house or agency) ~ Proven track record hiring for senior and hard-to-fill roles in competitive and specialized markets ~ Experience in Data Center, Energy, Infrastructure or similar sectors is highly valued ~ Experience working with senior technical and/or technology-driven profiles ~ Bilingual English proficiency.
