- ABOUT THE JOB
- When guests book one of our Trips & Activities booked through our digital channels - you will be the one to book the tickets on official ticket websites.
- Providing vouchers and booking information digitally to our guests, managing cancellations and refunds.
- Working closing with colleagues in TXC and around TUI MM to provide excellent support to our EAT guests
- Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, communicating effectively and proposing improvements of any identified issues or processes.
- Various adhoc admin tasks and assisting colleagues/holiday cover for other team members.
- Once experienced in role assisting colleagues with shadowing or training when required.
- ABOUT YOU:
- Ability to use MS Office tools such as Word, Outlook and Excel along with strong administrative skills.
