At Factorial we're looking for a Content Creator - DACH Market to help us boost the company to the next level.

You will be part of the Product Content Marketing Team, a young multicultural team.
The Product Content team is the cornerstone to properly communicate to our customers about the new features built by the Product & Engineering team, to generate the instructional and necessary content to create engagement with our customers and finally to internally train Factorial teams to understand the value and usage of our product.
Some of the main projects we manage in the team are Help Center, Customer Marketing, Product Localization and Sales & CX Enablement.
What will you be doing?
The Role
- Work closely with the UX writing team to adapt the appropriate product copy for the German market.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team in order to communicate Product releases to our customers and incentivize product retention and adoption.
- Interact with customers,
colleagues and external parties to anticipate customer needs and write intuitive content solutions.
- Cooperate with the Customer Experience team to resolve user questions by creating Help Center content.
- Plan and develop different forms of product content.
Your Profile
- You have a native German level & are fluent in English
- Tech-savvy and a natural passion for digital innovation
- Excellent copywriting
- Be at ease in front of a camera
- Must be detail-oriented, accountable, creative thinker, team player, open-minded, self-motivated & ambitious to grow within an exciting team
- Excited to actively contribute to constant improvements and evolution (we have a culture of change)
- Have the ability to work both independently with mínimal direction and collaboratively within a team
