We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paper Products Coordinator to support product operations, inventory coordination, supplier communication, and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the ordering, inventory management, and distribution of paper products.
- Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in forecasting product demand.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and product documentation.




- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to fulfill client orders efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and supplier information.
- Assist in quality control and ensure products meet company standards.
- Resolve supply chain or delivery-related issues in a timely manner.
- Support procurement and operational improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports related to inventory, purchasing, and product performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in coordination, inventory management, logistics, or product operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory/ERP systems.
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
