Job Purpose:
I n this position you will be managing the Welcome desk and will be part of be part of the Event Management Team of the Caterpillar Malaga Demonstration and Learning Center (MDLC).



You will be responsible for various administrative tasks and you will provide operational support to a variety of events for dealers, customers and Caterpillar personnel.

Job Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage MDLC Welcome Desk reception area to provide support for day to day tasks for the entire office such as ordering and provision of uniforms to all MDLC staff, inventory and purchasing of office supplies, management of courier services (example DHL), receiving and managing incoming telephone calls, welcoming visitors and attending to their needs and requests (taxis, meeting room booking etc.)
- Coordinate, plan and schedule skills development activities, seminars/conferences, product demonstrations and special events, which includes the hosting of high level Caterpillar leadership and dealer management groups. Due to the number and variety of events at MDLC, this position requires log
