As a Senior Technical Recruiter you will take ownership of recruiting some of the most specialised profiles at Kreios Space - from niche engineering talent to senior technical hires that are critical to our growth. Own technical recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for specialised technical and selected business roles, from intake to offer and closing. Recruit across complex engineering domains Work on searches across areas such as RF, power electronics, electronics, embedded software, mechanical engineering, FEM/CFD, systems engineering, AIT/AIV, propulsion and satellite systems.

Build long-term talent pipelines Develop relationships with strong candidates before positions become urgent and maintain visibility over relevant companies, geographies and talent pools. Use data to improve hiring Track pipeline health, source effectiveness, time-to-fill and conversion,



and continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience. ~5-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, technical recruitment or headhunting. ~ Experience managing several recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-moving environment. ~ Strong stakeholder management and confidence working directly with technical leads and senior managers. ~ Professional fluency in English and Spanish. ~ Previous recruitment experience in Space, NewSpace or aerospace. Existing network within aerospace, engineering or deeptech communities.
