Working as part of an established creative team, the successful candidate will play a central role in shaping seasonal womenswear collections for a broad and discerning customer base. THE POSITION WILL REQUIRE RELOCATION TO KUWAIT The Role The Senior Fashion Designer will be responsible for developing commercially successful collections from concept through to final product, combining strong creative vision with an in-depth understanding of customer trends and market dynamics. Working closely with buying, merchandising and sourcing teams, you will ensure collections are delivered on time, within budget and in line with the overall brand direction.





Key Responsibilities Design and develop seasonal womenswear collections across multiple product categories. Research global fashion, consumer and lifestyle trends to identify new opportunities. Produce mood boards, colour palettes, fabric selections and design concepts. Collaborate closely with buying, technical and production teams throughout the product development cycle. Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure design integrity and quality standards are maintained.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Senior Fashion Designer within a premium or high-volume fashion retail environment. Recent experience with an internationally recognised retailer.
