We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Healthcare Coordinator to support daily healthcare operations, patient communication, and administrative coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments, healthcare schedules, and follow-up services.
- Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, clinics, and external partners.
- Maintain accurate patient records, medical documentation, and administrative files.
- Assist patients with inquiries regarding services, appointments, and healthcare procedures.
- Coordinate referrals, treatment plans,



and healthcare support services when required.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, confidentiality standards, and company policies.
- Support healthcare staff with administrative and operational tasks.
- Monitor service quality and assist in improving patient care processes.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain healthcare documentation systems.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare coordination, medical administration, or patient support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and patient-focuse
