Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival.
- Handling VIP guests with professionalism and discretion.
- Managing restaurant reservations for daily operations, special offers, and events.
- Overseeing payment processes.
- Coordinating communication between teams and departments.
- Assisting with room service coordination.

Required Skills:
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Additional languages, such as Spanish, are an advantage but not required.




- Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- This is an entry-level position; prior experience is not required but will be considered an asset.

- Morning shift: approximately 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Afternoon shift: approximately 3:00 PM - 10:30 PM
