About the job:
The Workday Report Writer is responsible for development and maintaining reports in Workday to support business operations, particularly in HR and finance. This role involves developing custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to drive data-driven decisions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and very skilled and experienced Workday Report Writer to join our team.

Main responsibilities:
- Report Development: Design, build, and maintain custom Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports, to ensure complex business needs are me
- Extensive knowledge on Prism required, with evidence of numerous projects including headcount reporting, strategic workforce planning, financial data merges




- Experience in developing numerous discovery boards leveraging data across Workday modules
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by reviewing system audit reports and recommending process improvements. Create a Reporting Governance which is adapted across the company to ensure adherence to data standards and reporting hygiene. Experienced in setting up reporting governance, naming conventions for global reporting catalogue and cleansing reporting in Workday to ensure strong user experience via general catalogue
- Analytics and Insights: Analyze workforce data to identify trends and patterns, supporting strategic business decisions. Be up to date on company strategy decision to be up to date on the workday reports we use within our tenant
- Collaboration: Work globally with various HR and business leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights Adhere to industry standards
